2006.08.15 - 55 Gallon tank in the living room. Amazing how much difference one month can make.

The water wasn't really as yellow as it appeared in this shot. The white balance on this photo was simply way off.

Fauna:
(6) Platies - Xiphophorus maculatus
(1) Bristlenose Pleco - Ancistrus spp.
(!) Male Crowntail Betta - Betta Splendens
(3) Female Bettas - Betta Splendens
(12) Apple Snailes - Pomacea Bridgesii
(Several) Guppies - Poecilia reticulata

Flora at this point consists of
Elodia - Egeria densa
Bladderwort
Amazon Sword - Echinodorus spp.
Microswords - Lillaeopsis spp.
Aluminum Plant (Not a true aquatic!)
Japanese Mossballs - Cladophora aegagropila
Hornwort - Ceratophyllum demersum
Java Moss - Vesicularia dubyana

There's a crypt in there too. The big ugly broken leaf in the center of the tank is the last remnants of it after its meltdown. It has since grown back, but you can't see it in the newer pics thanks to the wall of vallisneria and the anubias coffefolia.
